Douglas D. Foote, Esq. focuses on serving the needs of entrepreneurs and small and medium sized businesses and their owners and executives in the areas of domestic and international business transactions, corporate law, financing, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, employment and general business law. He also counsels lawyers and law firms on matters of legal ethics. Doug has served on the CBA Ethics Committee since 1987 and is a past Chair of the Committee. He is Chair of the CBA-DBA Joint Committee on Multi-disciplinary and Multijurisdictional Practice.
