Kimberly Baird Schutt, Esq. is a senior litigation associate with Wick & Trautwein, LLC, in Fort Collins, where she has practiced law since 1997. Ms. Schutt primarily practices appellate advocacy and civil litigation, with an emphasis in personal injury, construction defects, municipal litigation and insurance law. Ms. Schutt has been a member of the CBA Litigation Section Council since 2000, and has served as both its secretary and chairperson. She is a member of the 2012-13 CBA Budget Committee, a Fellow of the Colorado Bar Foundation and a member of the 2008 class of the Colorado Bar Association Leadership Training program [COBALT]. Ms. Schutt is also an active member of the Larimer County and Weld County bar associations and volunteers with several local community organizations.
