Mr. Coan's practice is focused on real estate and business related matters, including commercial real estate purchase and sale transactions, real estate development, M&A transactions, business entities from organization through dissolution, banking and lender/creditor rights as related to real estate and commercial loans. Mr. Coan has served in several leadership positions in the Colorado Bar Association including Chair of the Business Law Section Executive Council and Chair of the Financial Institutions Subsection.
