Myra J. Lansky

Myra Lansky limits her practice exclusively to community association law, representing homeowners associations and condominium communities. Ms. Lansky, a member of the Community Association College of Law, is a leader known in the industry both locally and nationally for her expertise in this area of the law. She has served as a Board Member of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Community Associations Institute and co-authored a successful amicus brief in an important 2003 Colorado Supreme Court case regarding the powers of homeowners associations. A frequent speaker on association issues and contributor to the Rocky Mountain Chapter monthly newsletter, “Common Interests,” Myra has co-authored articles which have appeared in Managers Report, Home Builder, and Condo Lifestyles, and has served on the Community Associations Institute National Faculty for National Conferences in Denver, Atlanta, and Tucson, and for National Law Seminars in Santa Monica, San Diego, Washington, D.C., and New Orleans.
