Kevin MacCary, Esq. is Vice President and General Counsel for United Launch Alliance (ULA), which is headquartered in Centennial, Colorado. He has been with ULA since its inception in December 2006. Kevin joined ULA from Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company where he was counsel for multiple programs including Titan, Special Programs, and Human Space Flight. Before joining Lockheed Martin in 1992, Kevin served in the U.S. Army where he served as an armor officer before joining the JAG Corps. He retired after a 30-year career as a Colonel. He has been married to his best friend, Debbie, for 35 years, and they have three amazing daughters, Kelly, Kristin and Lindsay. He is very active in the community, currently serving as the Vice Chair of Volunteers of America, coaching special needs soccer, providing pro bono services at legal clinics, teaching Junior Achievement and championing volunteerism at ULA. He was recently named 2012 Corporate Counsel of the Year by the Denver Business Journal. Kevin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Siena College and his Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center. He holds a Master of Laws from The Judge Advocate General's School, as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado-Denver.
