Gregg E. Carson, Esq., is a Senior Assistant Attorney General with the Office of the Colorado Attorney General where he has been employed since 1996. Gregg began his employment with the Attorney General’s office representing the Subsequent Injury Fund in workers compensation cases. For the last twenty-one years, Gregg has represented the Colorado Department of Transportation on a wide variety of matters, from condemnation hearings in Colorado District Courts to filing railroad crossing safety upgrade applications with the Public Utilities Commission and representing CDOT at hearings in front of Public Utilities Commission Administrative Law Judges.
 
He earned his Juris Doctor from The University of Denver College of Law in December 1994. He was admitted to the Colorado bar May 10, 1995. During law school, Gregg completed internships with the Honorable John A. Criswell at the Colorado Court of Appeals, the Honorable Robert S. Hyatt at the Denver District Court, and with the Denver District Attorney’s Office.  He earned his B.S. in Business Management from Colorado State University in 1991. While at CSU, Gregg served on the disabled students accessibility committee for three years.
