Deborah L. Wilson, Esq., is the managing partner/shareholder of the law firm of Springman, Braden, Wilson & Pontius, PC, and has been practicing law for over 23 years. She advises both Landlords and Property management companies on Landlord/tenant issues including evictions, collections, security deposits and Fair Housing laws, and handles thousands of eviction and collection cases every year. She also represents the boards of numerous Community Associations on corporate issues, collection of assessments and other legal issues relating to common interest ownership communities. She is a member of the Board of the Colorado Creditors Bar Association and the fair housing trainer for the Colorado Apartment Association's CAM certification program. She has written and lectured extensively on fair housing issues, evictions/collections issues, and the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. She is the attorney lecturer for the various CrimeFree Multi-Housing programs throughout the state of Colorado.
