David M. Ebel
US Court of Appeals 10th Circuit
The Honorable David M. Ebel is a federal Judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, having served in that capacity now for almost thirty years. The Tenth Circuit has appellate jurisdiction over all the federal courts in the Rocky Mountain states of Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Utah and Wyoming. For the last several years since taking Senior Status, he also serves as a federal trial Judge for the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. On behalf of the State Department and the Judicial Branch, he has provided assistance to other countries including the countries of Rwanda, Russia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Montenegro, Malaysia, and Canada regarding the development and operation of their judicial systems.
