Rob Kristufek, Esq. was born and raised outside Chicago, Illinois. He attended the University of Illinois at Chicago Circle and Loyola University School of Law. After receiving his J.D. in 1983, he served in the United States Air Force as an Assistant Staff Judge Advocate General; including duties as an Air Force Prosecutor and Administrative Law Judge. After leaving the service in 1989, he worked for two Denver Insurance Defense law firms; defending mass tort and personal injury cases. In 1997, he began working for and continues as an in-house attorney for State Farm (Stuart Jorgensen and Associates). During his almost thirty years of practice, he has taken an “awful lot” of depositions, and has tried many jury trials (both criminal and civil).
