Marla E. Dugger

Marla E. Dugger is Senior Corporate Counsel for the TriZetto Group, Inc., a provider of healthcare IT software and service solutions that drive administrative efficiency, improve the cost and quality of care, and increase payer and provider collaboration and connectivity. She is responsible for advising and supporting TriZetto software licensing and product management functions, including defining new products and services. Marla has previously held positions with Qwest, Qwest Cyber Solutions (an early ASP), Snap-on, CCH, and Jurisystems (creator of Blue Sky Advantage). She is a graduate of the University of Colorado Law School and University of Texas School of Business.
