Georgiana R. Scott, Esq., has been practicing family law in Colorado since 1994. She began practicing Collaborative law in 2004 and is a founding member of Front Range Collaborative Divorce Professionals. In her early career, she practiced in the areas of bankruptcy and real estate law in Boulder, Broomfield, Jefferson, Chaffee, Fremont, Custer, El Paso and Teller counties with offices formerly in El Paso and Custer counties. Georgiana currently limits her practice to Collaborative law, consulting legal services and mediation. Supporting families in divorce with dignity and respect and without litigation is the unifying principle of her legal practice. Georgiana serves on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Collaborative Divorce Professionals and is a member of the Front Range Collaborative Divorce Professionals, International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, Boulder County Bar Association, Family Law Section, past co-chair and the Colorado Bar Association, Family Law Section. Georgiana received a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Conservation, cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa and her juris doctor from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
