Michael S. Beaver, Esq., is a Denver-based senior partner in Holland & Hart LLP, where his practice focuses on litigation and appeals in the fields of employment and employee benefits, life, health and disability insurance law, and recreation industry liability. Mike frequently speaks and writes on these topics. He has led the defense of hundreds of cases in various federal district and circuit courts. Mike is a Fellow of the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel, serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, and is active in the leadership of the American Bar Association's Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado and the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
