Judge Biggs, Esq., with more than 25 years of experience, Ms. Biggs focuses on advising national and global employers on employment-related issues. Ms. Biggs helps employers anticipate, avoid, and resolve workplace issues that distract from the larger goals of running a business. As compliance issues have grown more important in recent years, she assists employers meet a variety of employment law and corporate compliance requirements, by providing advice on multi-jurisdictional legal and compliance issues, investigating and avoiding whistleblower claims, setting up corporate compliance programs, complying with the ADA and FMLA, managing layoffs and workforce reorganizations, drafting and enforcing covenants not to compete and confidentiality agreements, protecting trade secrets, compliance with wage and hour laws, negotiating and drafting executive agreements, complying with immigration law, and reducing the risks of litigation. Ms. Biggs holds a J.D. from the University of Denver.
