Seth J. Benezra is a shareholder in the firm of Benezra & Culver, P.C., where he represents primarily plaintiffs in employment disputes. Mr. Benezra has spoken on a variety of employment-related topics to the Colorado Bar Association, the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, and other organizations. An experienced trial lawyer, Mr. Benezra and his firm have obtained numerous six- and seven-figure jury verdicts for their clients, including two that are among the largest ever in single-plaintiff employment cases in Colorado. Mr. Benezra has been named one of the Best Lawyers in America for 2015-2018, one of the 100 Top Trial Lawyers in Colorado by the ATLA, and has repeatedly been named a SuperLawyer by 5280 Magazine. He and his firm have received AV ratings for more than a decade from Martindale-Hubbell. He has served as an adjunct professor/lecturer at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Mr. Benezra is also an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association and mediates all forms of employment disputes.
