Daniel R. McCune is a managing member of Childs McCune LLC, a premier litigation law firm. For more than 28 years, Dan’s practice has focused on representing attorneys and other professionals in malpractice actions and grievance proceedings and on representing businesses in complex civil litigation and business disputes. Previous to entering private practice, Dan served as a prosecutor in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps.
Dan is a past president of the Denver Bar Association, a past president of the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association, and a past member of the DRI Board of Directors. He is an active member of and currently holds leadership positions in The Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel.
