Kathleen (Kathy) Ann Hogan, Esq., is a partner in the law firm of Hogan Omidi, PC with offices in Denver and Aspen. Her practice is devoted primarily to complex financial cases, parental responsibilities and child custody related issues, prenuptial agreements and appeals in all areas of family law. A magna cum laude graduate of the College of Santa Fe, Ms. Hogan earned her J.D. degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville where she served as editor of the law review. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and past President of the Colorado Chapter. She serves as the Editor in Chief for the Family Advocate, a quarterly family law magazine published by the ABA Family Law Section. She is a frequent speaker and has written numerous articles and books on family law and related topics. She is the author of Colorado Family Law and Practice (2 vols and handbook).
