Greg Durbin is former practicing electrical engineer and patent attorney in Polsinelli's Denver office. Mr. Durbin's practice involves the full spectrum of patent matters, but at its core is patent portfolio management - preparing, filing, and prosecuting strategic patents, both in the United States and internationally. Frequently involved in patent litigation, Mr. Durbin typically works with a trial team to develop the overall strategy, develop key technical and legal positions, and he is intimately involved with claim construction, dispositive motions, expert reports, trial preparations, and settlement negotiations.
