Halina Dziewit has over 25 years' experience in U.S. and International IP and Technology Transactions. Ms. Dziewit is active in LES (Licensing Executive Society) and AUTM (Association of University Technology Managers) as well as Co-Chair of the Boulder Bar, IP Section. She holds a Certified Licensing Professional credential. She was in-house counsel at Bell Laboratories and Storage Technology Corporation. She also was director of technology transfer at UCAR (University Corporation for Atmospheric Research)/NCAR (National Center for Atmospheric Research), an FFRDC. She is a Partner at Lathrop & Gage LLP and primarily focuses her practice on U.S. and International IP and Technology Transactions as well as IP issues in Government Contracts. She is a frequent speaker. Ms. Dziewit has extensive experience with transactions involving a variety of areas in the high-technology and bio-technology sectors.
