Douglas S. Widlund, Esq., has practiced exclusively in the area of eminent domain since his admission to the Colorado bar in 1991. Mr. Widlund practiced for ten years with Opperman & Associates, P.C. in Denver before opening his own firm, Butcher & Widlund, L.L.C., in 2001. Mr. Widlund's practice includes the representation of both condemnors and condemnees throughout Colorado. Mr. Widlund is admitted to practice in Colorado courts, U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado and the United States Court of Federal Claims. Mr. Widlund received his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder and his law degree from Denver University.
