Tom Krysa is a shareholder at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck LLP in Denver, Colorado.  From 2003 through April 2016, Mr. Krysa was a member of the staff of the Denver Regional Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission where he served in various roles including Staff Attorney, Trial Counsel, Supervisory Trial Counsel and Associate Regional Director for Enforcement.   Prior to joining the SEC, Mr. Krysa was a federal prosecutor for the Department of Justice in Washington, D.C.  Mr. Krysa earned a BS degree from the Pennsylvania State University, a JD from the University of Denver, and an LL.M. from Georgetown University.
