Ross Pulkrabek, Esq., is a shareholder at Keating Wagner Polidori Free, a boutique trial firm focusing on plaintiff's cases. Mr. Pulkrabek primarily represents businesses and individuals in business litigation and professional liability matters. He frequently represents clients or co-counsels cases involving allegations of fraudulent transfers. Mr. Pulkrabek is outside counsel to many lawyers and law firms in Colorado on matters of professional ethics as well as disputes that arise between lawyers or law firms. He also regularly testifies as an expert witness on attorney standard-of-care issues and in matters involving the reasonableness of attorney fees. Mr. Pulkrabek is a past president of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and a longtime member of the Colorado Bar Association Ethics Committee. In 2014, he worked with numerous stakeholders to spearhead a bipartisan amendment to the Colorado Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act, making Colorado unique in providing enhanced damage remedies for certain types of fraudulent transfers. He remains actively involved in legislation that affects the rights of plaintiffs and other creditors.
