Robert D. Lantz, Esq. is a member of the law firm Coan, Payton & Payne, LLC in Denver, Colorado where he practices in all areas of real estate and business law, bankruptcy, banking law and commercial litigation. Before that, he spent thirteen years as the Law Clerk to the Honorable Sidney B. Brooks. Mr. Lantz began his career in Kansas City, Missouri as a staff attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of the United States Trustee and then as an associate with a private law firm representing creditors, banking institutions, and the FDIC and RTC around the U.S.
