Kent E. Eichstadt, Esq., is a shareholder with McCurdy & Eichstadt, P.C. He regularly
advises clients on employment issues relating to federal and state discrimination and
retaliation laws, wage and hour claims, leave issues, employment contracts, employee
handbooks, severance agreements, trade secret and non-compete disputes and employment
litigation. He also advises clients on taxation issues. He received his B.S. and J.D. degrees
from the University of South Dakota and his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of
Denver College of Law. Mr. Eichstadt is a member of National Employment Lawyers
Association, Plaintiff Employment Lawyers Association and the Colorado Bar Association
Labor & Employment Law Section.
