Kenneth Wonstolen, Esq., is Senior Counsel at the energy law firm Beatty & Wozniak PC. Ken has more than 30 years of experience in energy policy and law, emphasizing oil and gas. He served in executive and counsel roles for IPAMS and COGA, oil and gas trade associations, and spent several years as a corporate officer responsible for public affairs and environmental compliance. He has a wide range of transactional experience and also represents his clients before administrative panels and the courts. Ken has testified on numerous occasions before the Colorado General Assembly and the U.S. Congress. In 2008, the Denver Business Journal named Ken one of the top ten energy leaders in Colorado.
