Rick L. Nicoletti, Esq., is a sole practitioner practicing primarily in the area of family law since 1985. He is a graduate of Denver North High School (Honors Program 1975); the University of Denver (Honors Scholarship, B.A. Mass Communications 1979); and the University of Denver College of Law (1985). Mr. Nicoletti is a long standing member of the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations; he has served on the Executive Council of the Colorado Bar Association Family Law Section; and he serves as a mentor for the CBA Family Law Section, Mentoring Program. Mr. Nicoletti's “past lives” include television assignment editor/reporter (KUSA Channel 9 NEWS - 1980 through 1982); commercial hot air balloon pilot; trapeze artist; Model “A” Ford auto mechanic (High School and early college); disco DJ and radio DJ (Alzado's; Thirsty's; and KTLK A.M., Denver -- 1978 through 1980). Mr. Nicoletti became a grandpa to Joshua on July 30, 2004. He has a 32 year old daughter; a 30 year old son who served his country in Fallujah (USMC); a 24 year old son; and two step-daughters aged 15 and 17. His wife is Melissa Nicoletti, Director of Sections and Committees for the Colorado Bar Association.
