Kevin Sidel, Esq., began his ADR work in 1999 and currently serves as a mediator, arbitrator, special master and appointed judge, specializing in family law. Kevin served as the Elbert County Court Judge from 1995 to 2007 (part-time) and also during that time as a District Court Magistrate and Acting District Court Judge in the 18th Judicial District. Kevin currently sits as the Municipal Judge in the Town of Parker. Kevin received his law degree from Northeastern University in Boston in 1988 and has a wide range of experience including health care and labor/employment. Kevin has written and lectured on family law and dispute resolution issues. Kevin is a past-president of the Douglas-Elbert Bar Association, serves on the Executive Committee of the CBA Family Law Section, and volunteers for the pro bono mediation program in Douglas County and for the Parker Teen Court.
