Ms. Steinhour practices exclusively in the area of employee benefits. She represents clients nationally, regionally, and locally in matters involving executive compensation, tax-qualified retirement plans, deferred compensation, and welfare benefit plans. She is a partner with Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie LLP, one of the largest law firms in the western United States, with offices in Colorado Springs, Denver, Irvine, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Reno, Silicon Valley, and Tucson. Ms. Steinhour is a senior editor of the Guide to Cash Balance Plans by Hubert V. Forcier (Aspen Publishers, 2003) and a contributing author to Employee Benefits Law, Second Edition, Employee Benefits Committee, Section of Labor and Employment Law, American Bar Association (The Bureau of National Affairs, Inc., 2003 through 2013 supplements). She also authored the “Employee Benefits” chapter of The Practitioner's Guide to Colorado Business Organizations, 2005 through 2018. She lectures nationally and regionally on employee benefits topics.
 
Ms. Steinhour received her B.A. magna cum laude from Colorado College in 1979 and her J.D. and LL.M. (Tax) from the University of Denver College of Law in 1982 and 1988, respectively.
