Ronald F. Koch, CPA, is a shareholder in the firm of Karsh Consulting PC, and functions as the director of litigation support for the firm. Mr. Koch has practiced in the areas of litigation support and taxation for more than 30 years and has given several seminars in the areas of litigation, business valuation, QDROs and divorce taxation, stock options to various groups including the American Institute of CPAs. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) by the AICPA. Mr. Koch also is certified by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysis as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) in business valuation and a Certified Fraud Examiner by the National Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
