Hal Sargent, Esq., is a Chief Deputy District Attorney in the 1st JD. He has supervised Deputy District Attorneys in County Court, Adult District Court and Juvenile Court. He currently supervises Deputy DAs assigned to Juvenile Court, Juvenile Mental Health Court, Veterans Treatment Court, Adult Mental Health Court and the Young Offenders Program. He also serves on a number of state and local boards and committees addressing Juvenile delinquency prevention and effective intervention strategies. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan and received his law degree from the University of Denver.
