Lee Rozaklis, as a principal with AMEC and formerly with Hydrosphere, Lee Rozaklis has more than 30 years of water resources management experience including water rights engineering in support of and opposition to changes of water rights, new water rights and plans for augmentation in Water Divisions 1 and 5 of Colorado, including changes of water rights to municipal and instream flow uses and applications for RICD rights. He also has extensive experience in developing and utilizing hydrologic, river basin and water supply system models to analyze water resources problems in complex physical and institutional settings, and incorporated paleohydrology and climate change science into municipal water supply planning.
