Barry Meinster, Esq., received his B.S. in Business and Economics from the University of Maryland in 1969. He was awarded a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland in 1973, and entered the private practice of law. He was licensed in Maryland in 1973 and in Colorado in 1986. Currently he acts as general counsel to businesses, and the defense of human resource issues such as discrimination and sexual harassment. A large part of his practice is representing the best interests of children on appeal as Guardian ad litem through the Office of the Child's Representative.
