Susan L. Boothby
Susan L. Boothby is Of Counsel with the firm of Hutchinson Black and Cook, LLC in Boulder. Ms. Boothby's practice focuses on tax and estate planning, probate, trust administration, and representing family and closely held businesses. Ms. Boothby was elected as a Fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel in 2014. She is active in the CBA Trust & Estate Section and served as a member of the 2013-2014 Trust & Estate Section Council. Ms. Boothby has served as chair of the Trust & Estate Statutory Revisions subcommittee reviewing the Uniform Premarital and Marital Agreements Act, and as co-chair of the Uniform Power of Appointment Act subcommittee.
