Christopher H. Toll Esq., has been with the regional law firm of Holland & Hart LLP since 1987 and a partner since 1994. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, and has been recognized for his client service and litigation results in various peer review publications, including Benchmark Litigation, Chambers, Best Lawyers in America, 5280 Magazine Top Lawyers, and SuperLawyers. Best Lawyers in America recognized him as the Denver Litigation - Banking and Finance “Lawyer of the Year” in 2018, 2021, and 2023.  He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was a member of the Editorial Board of the Virginia Law Review.  While a substantial portion of his practice is in commercial litigation, he also has a specialty in covenants not to compete and cases involving misappropriation of trade secrets.
