John D. Dailey
Colorado Court of AppealsHonorable John Daniel Dailey was appointed Judge of the Colorado Court of Appeals by Governor Bill Owens in January 2000, after serving in a variety of capacities at the Colorado Attorney General's Office for twenty-one years, including Deputy Attorney General and Assistant Solicitor General. Judge Dailey has taught appellate advocacy at both CU and DU law schools and currently serves as chair of the Colorado Supreme Court's Advisory Committee on Rules of Criminal Procedure.
