David C. Roos
David Roos is a corporate and securities partner with Moye White LLP. He represents public and private companies in capital-raising transactions, SEC reporting, and mergers and acquisitions. David has represented real estate investment trusts and business development companies in approximately 25 public offerings totaling in excess of $20 billion. He also represents broker-dealers and investment advisers with respect to compliance with federal and state securities laws and FINRA regulations. He was a staff attorney with the Securities and Exchange Commission from 1983 to 1986.
