Samuel D Cheris has a practice with a focus on business transactions, entity formation and governance, management and ownership succession planning, mergers and acquisitions and business taxation.
Sam is also a mediator and arbitrator for commercial disputes, including valuation cases, tax malpractice, media, telecommunications matters and other contract issues. Sam has taught courses in Corporate Law, Corporate Finance, Accounting and Estate and Gift Tax at the University of Denver College of Law as well as Business Law and Ethics at the University of Colorado Business School.
