Lynn M. Janeway, Esq. is shareholder and President of Janeway Law Firm, PC, founded in 2004. Ms. Janeway has concentrated her practice on the representation of lenders in their foreclosure, bankruptcy, and related default areas since 1985, having been indoctrinated at an early age by her mortgage-banker father. Ms. Janeway is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1982, and a Juris Doctor in 1985. She has been admitted to practice law in Colorado, Wyoming, California, Illinois, Texas and Arizona, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Districts of Colorado and of Wyoming. She is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America, and stays active in the Real Estate and Titles Section of the Colorado Bar Association, offering input regarding pending legislation affecting the foreclosure area. She has been an invited speaker on the topics of foreclosure and bankruptcy at seminars hosted by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court (Chapter 13 Trustee's Office), Attorney's Title Guaranty Fund, and Continuing Legal Education sponsors.
