Peter Rudy, Esq., has been representing businesses with employment problems for more than 25 years. With Holland & Hart in the 1980's, he was fortunate to be involved with the black letter cases in implied contracts, wrongful termination and handbook issues. In the early 1990's, he set up practice in the mountains representing ski resorts, hotels, restaurants and retailers. He earned the title "Hospitality Lawyer" from the National Employment Law Institute. Now splitting his time between Denver and Vail, Peter's diverse client base includes retailers, high tech engineering firms, restaurants and retailers with 5 to 5000 employees.
