Marsha Piccone, Esq., is a Partner at Rollin Braswell Fisher LLC. She is a former Colorado Court of Appeals Judge and her complex commercial litigation practice includes all phases of trial including appeals. She also serves as an arbitrator in business-to-business and consumer-to-business disputes. Marsha is a regular speaker and writer on a range of issues involving commercial litigation, product liability litigation, litigation management, and appellate law. Marsha has practiced at some of the top litigation firms in Colorado and has years of experience as national, regional, and local counsel in litigation involving business disputes, product liability, insurance, personal injury, and torts. As a trial and appellate lawyer, she participated in hundreds of mediations. As an appellate judge, Marsha authored nearly 200 appellate opinions and participated on appellate panels ruling on hundreds of other appeals. Her experience presiding over appellate proceedings as a judge and years of practice as a trial lawyer provide her with a skilled perspective of the risk and benefit of litigation and options for alternative dispute resolution.
