Theresa M. Moore, Esq., is a sole practitioner at The Moore Law Firm, P.C., which she established in 2005 to focus on trust, estate and probate litigation.  She obtained her J.D. from the University of Denver (Strum College of Law) in 1985 and practiced in the areas of business and commercial litigation, appeals, and trust litigation with Cox Padmore Skolnik and Shakarchy, P.C. (1988-2001) and Solomon Pearl Blum Heymann & Stich, LLP (litigation partner 2001-2005).  The Moore Law Firm, P.C. represents a variety of clients including fiduciaries, creditors, beneficiaries, and other interested persons in contested trust or probate proceedings and in difficult estate or trust administrations.
