Barbara J. Green
Sullivan Green Seavy LLCBarbara J.B. Green is a partner in the law firm SullivanGreenSeavy LLC, where she practices environmental law and land use law. She represents clients in matters involving land use and development, oil and gas development, mining, water development, water quality, and environmental regulation. Ms. Green also serves as town attorney for the Town of Silver Plume, general counsel to the Rocky Mountain Low-level Radioactive Waste Compact, and general counsel to the Northwest Colorado Council of Governments. Ms. Green is a member of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board and University of Denver Water Law Review Advisory Council. Ms. Green holds a B.A. from Northwestern University, an M.P.A. from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and an M.H. from University of Colorado at Denver. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Green was assistant city manager for the City of Steamboat Springs.
