Honorable Kristen L. Mix (Ret.) practiced labor and employment law for 22 years in Colorado before her appointment to the federal bench in 2007. She retired from service as a United States Magistrate Judge on the United States District Court for the District of Colorado in 2023. She currently serves as a mediator, arbitrator and Special Master with the Judicial Arbiter Group.
