Mike Cillo received his J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law, joined Davis & Ceriani, P.C. in 1985 and became the firm's fourth partner in 1990.  Mr. Cillo's first securities case involved the fraudulent syndication of a Polish Arabian stallion.  Since then, he has come to represent individual and institutional investors, including insurance companies and mutual funds, in a wide variety of securities litigation.  Today, his practice focuses mainly on representing municipal bond mutual funds and the investment divisions of insurance companies as plaintiffs in complex securities fraud actions.
