Richard L. Sisk, Esq. works for the Legal Enforcement Office, Office of Enforcement, Compliance and Environmental Justice, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region 8. He has been with EPA since 1990, and specializes in CERCLA matters. He is the EPA Region 8, Legal Institutional Control Coordinator and represents EPA Region 8 on several EPA National CERCLA Legal Workgroups dealing with institutional controls, insurance issues, and remedy selection. Prior to joining EPA, he worked in-house at Adolph Coors Company dealing with environmental regulatory compliance and then in private practice representing private, public, and tribal parties in a wide range of civil matters
