Gilbert Egle, Esq., has been practicing law in Colorado for 38 years and is a partner in the law firm of Preeo Silverman Green & Egle, P.C. He is admitted to practice in Colorado and Wyoming. He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the CBA Construction Law Section, and the Wyoming State Bar. Over the years, Mr. Egle has been a frequent speaker on construction topics to contractors and other construction professionals. For the past 16 years, Mr. Egle has been the managing editor of the Colorado Bar Association CLE publication, Liens and Claims in Colorado. He is also the author for the Colorado section of the internet publication, “Lien Law Online,” which can be found at www.lienlawonline.com. Mr. Egle is a member of the Colorado Contractors Association, the Construction Financial Management Association, AGC of Wyoming, the Wyoming Construction Coalition, and the Rocky Mountain Surety Association. Mr. Egle represents construction clients in business, litigation, and other construction matters. His construction practice includes representation of owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in contract drafting and negotiations, mechanics' liens, verified claims, litigation, and arbitration involving construction claims, disputes, and related issues.
