Pamela R. Mackey

Pamela Mackey, Esq., known for her defense of high profile clients, such as Kobe Bryant, Patrick Roy, Brandon Craig, and Don Vito, she practices criminal defense and complex civil litigation as a shareholder at Haddon, Morgan and Foreman, P.C., in Denver. She is formerly of the Colorado Public Defender's Office. She is a fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and the American College of Trial Lawyers, is listed in The Best Lawyers in America as lawyer of the year for both White-Collar Criminal Defense (2013) and Non-White Collar Criminal Defense (2012, 2017), and was named one of the top 10 lawyers in Colorado. She received her J.D. with highest honors from the George Washington University Law School in 1985, where she served as executive editor of the George Washington Law Review. She received her B.S. in journalism from the University of Colorado with highest honors. She is a member of the Practitioner's Advisory Group to the United States Sentencing Commission. She served as chair of the Criminal Justice Act Standing Committee and was on the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals Criminal Pattern Jury Instruction Committee.
