Gregory J. Notarianni, Esq., is a shareholder and founding member of Anderson Notarianni McMahon LLC in Denver. Licensed in Colorado since 1985, Mr. Notarianni focuses on real property, probate, and general civil litigation matters. He emphasizes real property titles - searching, examination, underwriting, title opinions, curing title defects through litigation or other means, representation of title insurance agencies and underwriters, and representation of insureds involved in title litigation. Mr. Notarianni also has testified as an expert witness in these areas. Mr. Notarianni is the update author of George E. Reeves & Gregory J. Notarianni, Colorado Real Property Law, Third Ed. (CLE in Colo., Inc. 2017). He has lectured at numerous continuing legal education seminars, the annual Real Estate Symposium, and numerous title insurance seminars. Mr. Notarianni was a member of the Real Estate Section Council of the Colorado Bar Association from 1996-1997, and he served as column editor for the Real Estate Newsletter in The Colorado Lawyer from 1996-1999. He has been a member of the Real Estate Title Standards Committee of the Colorado Bar Association since 2007, and he has been a member of the Land Title Association of Colorado since 1994. Mr. Notarianni is a member of the Colorado Real Estate Forms Committee of the Colorado Division of Real Estate. Mr. Notarianni authors the updates to Chapters 62, “Title Examination,” and 63, “Title Insurance,” in Krendl's Colorado Methods of Practice. A Colorado native, Mr. Notarianni earned his Bachelor of English degree at the University of Colorado, Boulder in 1981 and his law degree at Creighton University in 1985. During his free time, he spends time in the high country, hiking, fishing, camping, and otherwise enjoying what Colorado has to offer.
