Edward A. Dauer, LLB MPH, is Dean Emeritus and Professor Emeritus of Law at the University of Denver, where he taught from 1985 through 2007. He continues to be an active ADR practitioner. In addition to his law degree he holds an MPH in Health Policy and Management, and for ten years served as a Visiting Scholar at the Harvard School of Public Health and as a Visiting Lecturer in Harvard's program on Health Care Dispute Resolution. More recently he has been teaching Health Law and Health Care Conflict Management at other medical schools and law schools, including the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University. During the Spring Term of 2014 he will be in residence at the Touro Law Center as the inaugural Kermit Gittenstein Distinguished Visiting Professor of Health Law and Policy.
