Marianne K. Lizza-Irwin, Esq., is a licensed attorney in Colorado, mediator and owner of Foothills Mediation and ADR. A former litigator in a wide variety of commercial, complex business disputes, injury, wrongful death, construction, employment, family, insurance, property, estates, and HOA areas for almost 30 years, she now specializes in private mediation of disputes in these areas throughout Colorado. She also provides arbitration services, and acts as facilitator in employment and business matters, and presents to colleges and groups regarding ADR in Colorado. She is the current Chair of the ADR Section of the Colorado Bar Association, is a member of the Association of Attorney-Mediators, as well as a Professional Member of the Mediation Association of Colorado. She also participates as an advisor to Jefferson County Mediation Services and is a fellow to the Colorado Bar Foundation.
