Charles D. Calvin's practice emphasizes commercial sales, acquisitions and financing transactions, leasing, and condominium development. Mr. Calvin received his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Pomona College and his J.D. degree from Yale Law School. He has lectured to various professional groups on real estate topics. Mr. Calvin is a member of the Colorado and Denver bar associations, a recent past chair of the Real Estate Section of the Colorado Bar Association, and a recent member of the Legislative Policy Committee of the Colorado Bar Association. He is also a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and a member of the Colorado Electronic Recording Technology Board.
